Shipment

Please note that the shipment will only take place after receipt of payment on our account! As soon as we ship your item, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment. With DHL, you also have the option of changing the delivery location or issuing a drop-off permit as long as the shipment has not yet been loaded into the delivery vehicle. If your item was sent by a forwarding agent, the forwarding agent will contact you by telephone 1-2 working days after dispatch to arrange a date for delivery.

IMPORTANT: Delivery is ALWAYS free board edge! Delivery to the house is NOT possible. The carrier comes alone and unloads the goods by pallet truck. If the goods are to be placed under a carport or in a garage, this will certainly not be a problem, but the carrier would not be obliged to do this either.

Goods collection is currently not possible!

Supplying countries

Outside Germany, we naturally also supply customers throughout Europe. For our customers from the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Sweden, Austria and Switzerland the shipping costs are calculated directly in the shop. For deliveries to other countries, please enquire about shipping costs by email or via the contact form.
